We want to send a big thank you to everyone involved in Ohio Wesleyan University’s Fall Community Day on September 9, 2023. It was a significant event for both the university and the Unity Community Center.

The football match between Ohio Wesleyan and Wisconsin-River Falls set an energetic tone for the day. Alongside the game, attendees enjoyed a free tailgate sponsored by the Delaware City Police, Fire Departments, and the Bishop Backers.

The 50/50 raffle held during the event was a success, raising nearly $1,100 for the Unity Community Center. We appreciate the winner’s generous gesture of donating the grand prize, a TV and sound system, to our center. Special thanks also go out to Downtown Delaware’s Ciao Cafe, Mystic Moon Beauty & Gifts, and Opa Grill and Tavern for their support.
