Once again we are collecting toys for children in Delaware County. Our goal is to make sure that all families have access to a fun holiday season. If you are a family with children from 0-16 years old, see the sign up for this holiday event. For others, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed to children at the holiday party in late December. Toys can be dropped off at collection boxes at the Park Street Fire Station on South Liberty Street, at the Delaware Parks and Rec office at Mingo Park (entrance is on the North side), or at the Unity Community Center during open hours. If you have questions, email cransaw@unitycommunitycenter.org. We love our community and can always depend on them to step up for the children in the county.
