The volunteers from RedBuilt showed up big time during the 2025 Make a Difference Day for Delaware County. Truck after truck pulled up at 8 am to get ahead of the predicted rain for the day. The volunteers moved dirt and planted grass seed around the Unity Park pathway — a very big job. AND they helped us clean up the Community Gardens for the winter and cleaned out some of the cold storage off our main building — moving old tables, stairs, benches, old freezer, shelves and many of the other things that have accumulated over the years. Many items were placed on Facebook as free to anyone who could claim them — and people in the community stepped up.  Way to keep things out of the landfill! Did we also mentioned that the volunteers replaced the door handles on the bathrooms and other small maintenance around the Center? We are so grateful for all of the hard work by the RedBuilt volunteers. And a special shout out to Connections Volunteer Center for sending them our way.  Hope to see you all again next year!
